HOW TO ORDER ?
Ordering correctly means receiving your package in the best possible conditions.
- Make sure you specify the reference, description, size, colour, quantity and price of your article.
- Fill in the electronic order form properly (name, address, postcode, city, phone number).
Timeliness and delivery
- Delivery is provided within a guaranteed time frame by external companies (FedEx, TNT or DPD).
- Your package is delivered directly to you personally. In the event of an absence, a notice will be left.
- Always check your package upon reception. If it is damaged, express reservations in writing to the delivery person.
- Deadlines are guaranteed within the limits of available stocks.
Our products characteristics may be modified or improved at any time.
If an article does not meet your entire satisfaction, you can return it to us.
Any article will be refunded or exchanged provided that:
- It is returned in its original condition and package by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.
- The product expiration date is still valid (3 months from the return date).
- A copy of the invoice with your request or a simple explanatory letter is enclosed with the package.
Please note that the return fees are at your expense.
